Pultruded Solid Carbon Fiber Square Rod

A carbon fiber square rod is a solid constant-section CFRP profile. The square geometry provides flat locating faces and resists rotation inside compatible clamps, guides and machined interfaces.

In a typical pultruded construction, continuous fibers run primarily along the rod length. This makes the profile particularly efficient for longitudinal tension, compression and bending when the complete load case has been reviewed.
